Strategic Organized Solutions

Empowering Human Services with Data-Driven Strategies
Our Story

Strategic Organized Solutions was founded by Andrew E. Gay, a retired veteran with three decades of experience with the Department of Defense and a lifelong commitment to public service. After retiring from military service, Andrew recognized that many organizations—especially those serving families and communities—struggled to keep pace with both the complexity of 2019 – 2021 COVID economy and the urgent need for innovative, people-centered solutions.
With that vision, Strategic Organized Solutions (SOS) was born. What began as a grassroots effort during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic has grown into a veteran-owned small business that bridges the worlds of technology and psychology to solve problems that matter most.

Our journey is marked by key milestones:
-
2021 – SOS officially launched in Warner Robins, Georgia, providing strategic support for businesses navigating pandemic recovery.
-
2022 – Expanded our focus toward government contracting and building tools to help smaller vendors compete for opportunities.
-
2023 – Laid the foundation for “Serving Our Society,” a mission branch with special emphasis on Human Services, wraparound family support, and mental health initiatives.
-
2024–2025 – Earned recognition as a veteran-owned small business, aligning directly with state and federal agencies to deliver consulting, training, and scalable solutions for human services.

Today, SOS continues to grow as a trusted partner for federal, state, and local agencies, delivering consulting expertise that blends strategic insight with compassion-driven action. Our commitment is simple: to use our military discipline, technological expertise, and psychological insight to strengthen the systems that serve our communities.
Experience the future of business innovation with SOS Our innovative strategies and rigorous data analysis redefine market possibilities, offering exceptional solutions for all your business needs.
